2 PC's, Same EA
-
Hello!
I have 2 computers which I am running side by side. I load the same EA on both to test scenario and the results are vastly different. I have checked to see that everything is similar as far as settings, it is perfectly the same. One PC is AMD, one is Intel...if that matters. For completeness sake, I'll list each thing I've verified as I do it and rerun another right now and paste both results from each computer.

@jsauter86 is the quality data the same?
-
standby, posting. Yes. its MT5, it can only be the same.
-
PC1, intel.

-

pc2, amd -
@jsauter86 Not necessarily, check that the percentage is the same
-

2nd pc settings -
@miki its MT5, you can't do anything about the quality from my research. But as you can see above, settings and quality are the same. There shouldn't be that big of a difference when I'm loading the same EA.
-
@jsauter86 Check the EA settings, the number of trades is very different
-
@miki there is nothing to check. they are exactly the same EA.
I have fxdreema opened on 2 browsers on 2 pc's. I save on one or the other, I refresh the screen on both, resave, verify settings and then rerun on both. I am given 2 differnt results with the same EA.

settings for PC1. -
@jsauter86 I was referring to the expert settings not the metatester. The percentages are the same, the number of trades 1/10 try to test in visual mode to understand the differences.
-
ok, even if I look at it in detail that will not tell me anything.
That will not explain how 2 different processors run the same EA and produce different results. They are both running the same rules, on the same time frame, on the same software with the same data.
-
I verified as well that the time frames that I rely on are GMT only. Nothing is using local times so that cant be the issue
-
@jsauter86 I can not give other explanations, if you want, share the project so we can test it.
-

attached are all the settings for the EA.

I made a very simple EA to test on both PCs, with only 1 setting of an M.A. X. It works exactly the same on both.
I don't see how anything in my EA would produce such different results on 2 computers.

@jsauter86 don't use candle ID 0, just to try
-
@jsauter86 i try to test it on two pc one intel and other amd
