I agree with @FXTraderCon that the import function is paramount - if we can get this restored then I imagine most of the serious users would have their issues sorted, albeit with slightly old code. Then it's just a matter of proving to you our subscription status.

I'm sure you've already thought of these questions going forward, so I'd love to hear your thoughts if you wouldn't mind sharing:

1. Will there be more regular backups in the future?
2. And what steps will there be to safeguard from human error?

The general feeling I get from this forum, at least those who have posted, is that we understand mistakes happen, so don't beat yourself up too much - let's fix and move forward.

P.S. since we're talking subscription, is there any interest in lifetime subscriptions?

Long time ago I was doing backups every day. But the problem is that the the database became too big for that. These days I was actually thinking to do something with it, because it was becoming a big problem lately. In the past I was experimenting with making a replica on my home computer, but this was also very problematic, and the database was maybe 4 times smaller than was was yesterday.

I see the hosting provider has some backup option. I don't know exactly how it works, maybe it copies the whole thing somewhere. But I never tried that, because I was too confident I guess.

Lifetime... most probably no.

@fxdreema Have you considered going back to the desktop version? You won't have to worry about user project backups. And a crash like this will be less impactful.

I see there are issues with the EA builder currently. It seems that I fixed the import, but there are other problems I think.

Now this happens, because meanwhile I decided to install a little bit newer version of the database, but seems that there are few incompatibilities with my code.
