      all i can say is that i send you good vibes, i know how bad this kind of thing can be, not only for the users, but also for the owners of the project itself, so... i dunno, i hope you guys make it back to the rails.

                Yes, but the truth is that while the project was growing, my responsibility did not grow as much. Well, I should be much more serious now.

                Bots are constantly trying different IP addresses and different ports to login. And for few days all ports were open. It's even strange that it took so long.

                        I was trying to login yesterday but it was saying invalid details a few minutes after then the website wouldn’t be reached at all i tried changing browsers but it failed, i felt puzzled because i had repayed my 6 months subscription a few hours back using stripe.

                          At least I know why my projects and payment history are missing.
                          I'm sure you'll be working hard to fix everything to the best of your ability.
                          My payment source won't match my account email (I always keep those separate).

                            this is irresponsible.. having 65k users a lot of paying users and you couldn't pay 50 bucks a month for daily server backups for the provider .. as you probably run the server on Amazon was they have daily backup services.. . some of the users where using fxdreema for their larger projects. and some paid yearly access.. just can hope the accounts gonna be restored especially the paying ones and access to the projects can be imported .. and that's exactly why many many users asked you to get the desktop version so they can have their LOCAL development.

                              i am really sorry about what happened, but I think you should not be sorry, I am really sure you fix every think, and consider this, you give us to everyone of us, the chance of dreaming, so ,,,,let us continue workiing. If someone lost something, ,,,I am sure you fix it.....so, go ahead.

                                I think I fixed the problems with the EA builder for now.

                                  @gooseman Hmm ... Reminds me of a mistake I made earlier this month. I was working on a project (fxDreema) for hours, building the BUY-side first. When I was finally satisfied I selected the majority with the intent of copy-and-paste to build the SELL-side of the code ... but accidentally hit DELETE instead of COPY! (I really wished there was an UNDO-last-action option -- or at least a "confirm delete?" question before the action) ... I ranted at myself a bit, took a break, then came back to rebuild it later 😛

                                    The website was down many times in the past, sometimes for hours, because of bugs and things like that. But this time it was much worse.

                                            There is no hundred percent malady for this.

                                            We got your back, and have full confidence you will do your utmost to make sure everyone is served to the best of your abilities, you always have

                                            Lots of regrets to those who lost their work, very painful, but hopefully with time everyone will get back to their feet once more

                                            This is a great project and an amazing product (I am coding and have ZERO computer language abilities/skills),so I hope you and your team will put this behind you soon and get back to your best soon and continue with your amazing product

                                            Have you ever tried/considered using cloud servers such as AWS for your systems?
