EURUSD CORRELATION TO OTHER USD PAIRSposted in Questions & Answers
Good day everyone, hope you're all doing ok,
I want to ask
Is the observed pattern of AUD/USD, GBP/USD and NZD/USD breaking their support and resistance levels after EUR/USD has broken its support and resistance, long-term correlation, or is it a short-term anomaly?" -
RE: STRATEGY SPECIALIZATION OR DIVERSIFICATIONposted in Questions & Answers
I want to sincerely thank everyone for there opinions, I'm really grateful and I've learned alot.
I believe strategies are many but concepts are few
For e.g there may be thousands of strategies but they all follow one concept either a breakout, mean reversion, trend following concepts etc.
So I think I will just specialize on a concept (break out/pullbacks in the direction of the establishment trend and no counter trend strategies) and develope and refine new strategies to trade that concept. -

STRATEGY SPECIALIZATION OR DIVERSIFICATIONposted in Questions & Answers
Please I'm new to fx trading and getting overwhelmed with the idea of creating multiple strategies. I want to ask,
- is it better for a trader to master a few strategies (3-6) and specialize on them refining and updating new ways to trade those particular strategies (cause Market do change) so as to have an edge in the market
Or
- a trade most continuously create new strategies everytime to have an edge in the market (cause Market do change)

First question is close the trade
Second question; when I'm 3 times my stoploss in profit, that is if my stoploss is $100 i need to be in $300 profit that break even will be at $100 profit
In simple term when I'm in 1:3 risk to reward stoploss will be adjusted to 1:1 riak to reward sonas to break even -
