Does FX Dreema have an equivalent to its remarkably easy programming in MT4, for the Pine programming language?

I would like to find someone who can write an EA for me, or better yet coach me to write it in fxDreema so that I can begin to understand how to make EA's myself. Simply, the EA will take a Sell or Buy trade after price has moved up or down 10-20 pips after midnight EST. Then will set a SL of 30-50 pips and a TP of 50-70 pips. That's all. Thanks.
