Iam using buy sell arrows for my EA project . Arrows are repaintable , when changeover happens from buy arrow to sell arrow (candle up down monents) sell arrow appears & disappers. Condition iam using as follows
-Condition fullfill delay 3 seconds again check for condition still fullfill take trade, but here iam getting problem when it comes to condition 4 or 9 then delay not there, so it takes trade without delay. While signal changeover fluctuating signals it taking multiple trades at same point closing and acting according to fluctuations. Here canot give delay evry time , How to give delay evey time if condition satisfies -go to delay-again check condition(if not satisfied comeback to delay)

My indicator is buy sell arrow which is repainted while change over from buy to sell vice versa
I neeed the following condition:
When arrow appers more than 5sec perform the action, else repeat the block until and unless the condition satisfies*****
Iam facing the problem at the time of change over of arrow, depending on the candle moment up and down at the time of change from buy or sell the arrow appears and disappers at this time the lot of trades are excecuted , so i want to wait until the arrow confirms its direction

The indicator iam using gives buy/sell arrows which are repainted many times before confirming.
Here i want to give a condition before buy & sell - if indicator is visible continuoesly more than 3 seconds perform buy or sell
Here i used delay (3) which doesnot work. once indicator visible(2) passes it goes to delay(3) wait for 3sec goes to indicator visible(4) and take trade then if indicator starts repaiting canot control the trades.
So i need to give a simple condition since my indicator blinks buy,sell,buy,sell...at the time of changeover, **IF INDICATOR VISIBLE MORE THAN 3SECONDS I WANT TO PERFORM ACTION **
