Thanks so much for the reply... But what could be the relationship between my OS and the EA error.

      Thanks again for your clarification...

    • RE: OrderSend error 138

This is late October, and I am currently facing this challenge with OrderSend error 138. Also the error with lot size during forward testing.

Who has solved this problem? I really need help with this issue.

    • RE: OrderSend Error 138

I tried forward testing, only to get this notice...

You want to trade 0.0 lot, but your broker's minimum is 0.01 lot. The trade/order will continue with 0.01 lot instead of 0.0 lot. The same rule will be applied for next trades/orders with desired lot size lower than the minimum. You will not see this message again until you restart the program.

      Someone should help me please...

    • Stop Trading By turning OFF Blocks

Please help me, I want to turn off BUY and SELL orders until morning when a certain number of pips is achieved in current day.
I have a variable that resets to 0 at 2am every morning.
Then after each trade compares profit with a constant that contains the number of pips I need for that day.
The EA should stop taking new trade once dailyPip (variable) > maxDailyPip (constant) by turning OFF the Buy and Sell blocks.

      Here's the project link:

Thanks in advance for the assistance...

    • RE: Issue Integrating Currency Strength Meter into EA

@jstap Thank you so much for your kind assistance. I'll develop a simple system where I'll manually feed the EA trending pairs from the daily currency strength meter.

The EA will then trade on the 1 hour based on the trends I find on the daily.

This was what I was trying to eliminate in the first place. I'll have to keep doing it that way since it's a simple task I can accomplish at the end of the trading day.

Thanks again, I'm grateful for your assistance. Cheers
