How do I loop my EA?
-
I want my EA to make a buy order from the SL of the sell order (nd vice versa)?
-
@tashab Hi, in this picture you will see how to place a pending BUY whenever a sell trade is created, you can also have it do this whenever an order is created. Purple blocks need to be used on the on trade tab.

-
@tashab The last picture was showing the wrong setting.

-
@tashab This is the second thread asking for the exact same question. I replied to you first one. Please don't duplicate threads.
-
@jstap ....I'm using a demo acc...where do I get (on Trade) Filter Specific Event??
-
@jstap what if I used the "buy pending orderssss" block? Would each grided order reopen its opposite with each their own SL?
....e.g..2 buy orders open ant the same price but one with 2SL and the other with 4SL....then price hits the 2SL nd executes a sell order with 2SL....and when it hits the 4SL it executes a sell with 4SL....
How do you design it to flow like that? -
@tashab In the picture it is the orange tab.
-
@ijoh Whatever settings in the buy/sell block are what will be used.
-
I think this is wat u mean?
-
-
It may not work, but damn thats a sexy looking configuration.
-
@TipsyWisdom ur were right....it didnt work plz help me out
(its supposed to do like the explanation I gave earlier -

maybe this ?
-
@tipsywisdom thats not it
-
@TipsyWisdom no I dont want pending order but now orders....and each Order starts from its correspondent (the Sell 2SL starts when Buy 2 SL hits its SL, then Sell 4SL starts when Buy 4SL .....etc
-
@ijoh So, if trade loses, enter another trade in the opposite direction?
-
@TipsyWisdom Yes exactly!!

-
@TipsyWisdom oh.....misread ur statement....I'm not full time trading infact am a uni student thats why I need an EA that can do this
-
@ijoh caz am super busy to keep watch on my entries
-
@ijoh Ive said it a few times today, but attempts to hedge in a manner like this will only drop your account to zero faster than just accepting the losing trades. More emphasis should be placed on make sure the trade is entered at the right time.
This is worse than revenge trading because you dont have control of it at this point because its an EA.
I'll still try to post a solution to 1 failed trade. Let me think on it a day or so.
