Not really, any EA built with fxDreema is enclosed in it's own MetaTrader and you can communicate with other EAs in the same MetaTrader at most (using Terminal Variables)

For these to show up, the data type of the Constant must be... let's say special. There is a big list of what they call "Enumerations", here is just onbe of them as example: https://www.mql5.com/en/docs/constants/ ... t_position So, the data type here is this one ENUM_CHART_POSITION and if you use this as a data type for a Constant, it should create a dropdown list with 3 options in it.

There is nothing about this in "Condition" or as a block. I was thinking about this many times, to add something in "Condition" or to do it as a separate block, but there are downsides for both cases, so I don't know 🙂

The best way is to have a custom indicator that does this calculation and also draws the values you want to use. Indicators do their job better. Doing indicator's job in an EA is not very efficient in most cases. Just imagine - getting and checking the same 30 values on every tick.

I think that this is a job for some custom indicator. Expert advisors are really mostly to decide when to trade and trade, to deal with trades, lot sizes, stuff like that. Indicators are used to get the data from past candles and make it look different.

I think I'm gonna stop answering to question if there is no showcase included (simple project showing the problem directly). I'm really tired of imagining what exactly could be wrong 🙂

Pass once can pass only once, as it's name says, but if you want you can reset it with the Reset block that can be found in the same category. Of course it matters where the Reset block is placed!

"Once a day" under "on Tick" can be used to cause the reset block to run at 00:00 every day. Or combination or "Hours Filter" and "Once a day" blocks.

Note that Pass once has it's own memory and know whether it passed or not, but in case the EA is restarted, the block will be reset as well.

I moved the definition of vsl and vtp up, before the loop. This is in a function called OrderCreate()

I don't know, to be honest. It looks that there is only one set of timeframes in the Tester and I don't know whether it can be changed. There are some annoying things... for example I wonder why it's not possible to not regenerate ticks on every backtest. Better ask Google 🙂
