Menu Variables don't work

Hello,
Since yesterday, the menu Variables (on the left) don't work.
When i click on the menu Variables nothing is happening, the windows to change/add variables don't open.
I can't add Variable !
I use Chrome, i tested Firefox, there is the same problem.
I m clearing the cache for Chrome and Firefox, there is the same problem again.
Can you help me ?
