how to fix the condition in bollinger band

Hi guys! I created a multiple condition for bollinger band, I want it trades if the candle 2 (closing price) is bellow the lower band while the candle 1 (closing price) is above the lower band which is buy signal. During the backtest on MT5 it trades but theres instances that it should take a buy trade but it doesnt trade
