I have the same problem. The server is very slow. More than 80% of downloads fail. CPU and RAM should be upgraded for better computation.

try the VPN setting to be 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (just google it), it's getting better for me today but don't know for a long term

Those of you who have this problem are most probably from the South East Asia region.

A practical solution for now is to keep refreshing the page and try redownloading again every time it takes longer than 15 - 20 secs (depending on your number of blocks too of course).
