Help with Drow Line

Hello,
I'm tring to make an EA that open an order when price cross a drowed line on the chart but it doesn't seem to work.

The EA draw the line correctly but i can't find the correct block to use for identify when the price cross above/under that line.

Can you help me?

I'm probably doing something wrong, i have tried with condition but don't work.

I use a block to create an horizontal line and a condition block for open a position when a MA cross that line.

(I have also tried with price level 1 and other attribute).
