Once per bar correct, but something is wrong?

I feel like i put everything in the right order.
- I want the trade to be opened anywhere on the current candle as soon as the conditions are met.
- When the trade hits tp or sl on the same bar, it still opens a new trade on that bar.
That is the problem. I want the ea to only execute the signal once on the same bar and wait for later in the day when conditions are met again.

Is the the whole structure or just part of it? Because this part should not open any other trade on the same candle.
