Your check distance will never be greater ask to ask 1 tick difference, choose a distance more likely to be correct, unless my understanding is wrong, but ticks can happen multiple times in a second.

I see 1 Problem here:
The Block ID's are in an incorrect order. The blocks need to pass in the correct order. Change the Buy Now to "14" (To the left of the physical block where it says Buy now)

block IDs only matter in separate trees, in 1 the process starts at the top and end's at the bottom, in a straight line regardless of numbers

SO TEH PRICE WILL CROSS THE EMA THEN WHEN THE NEW CANDLE OPENS THE EA WILL WAIT FOR THE PRICE TO MOVE 10 PIPS BEFORE IT OPENS TRADE HOPE I EXPLAINED CORRECT

10 pips is a lot for 1 candle depending on the asset, run this on backtest and visually check if both conditions have happened, but no trades opened

no i dont want it for 1 candle i just want the distance as a whole if it takes 3 candles to cover the distance then that is fine

Then you need a starting level, so you can work out the distance from there
