Help me to code gann strategies

Hi i want to create ea based on William gann method, the strategy is bot calculate close price and you get the goal. Exp: i put gold price 2199 after that immediately show the next goal +description. Look at screenshot to know more!
In yellow case in picture you put close price. Note: i want it as indicator & Ea in same time, just by turn on off mode.
The number on the left is the degree angle. -

fxDreema can be used to create EAs only, not indicators, sorry.

Do you have the maths to work out this price value? If so you can add it to custom code, and use the value when needed.
