Robot stops working.

Hello. I need help. The robots I build work for a certain amount of operations and then stop working. I built this very simple robot (link) to see what was happening and the same thing happens. I can't find the reason. Thanks for your help.

It should work indefinitely. The logic is correct. Is this the whole project or just part of it?
