I want to create a buy trade 100 pips away from starting time (10:30)

Just use time filter set to 10:30, open buy trade, set take profit to 100pips. Is that what you want?

I don't want pending orders . I need instant buy now block to place the trade if the price comes to that point
(100 pips away). can I use 'pips away from open price' block for that ???
