WHAT IS THE MEANING OF ONCE PER BAR?

IF I USE ONCE PER BAR (WEEKLY) IT MEANS THAT THE WHOLE PROCESS WILL START ONLY ONE TIME THROUGH THE PERIOD OF A WEEK?

It means the block will only work one time in the week, this will be on the first tick unless you have other blocks above preventing the action

@YOSEF Correct. In your example, the trade will be open only when the condition is true, not before. And then no new trades will be open until next week.
