Need Help.. MVA cross over

Im trying to create an ea for a cross over...

Rules are:

To Sell**
When price is below 40 EMA and 9 SMMA is below 18 SMMA Sell at open of next candle-

To Buy
When price is above 40 EMA and 9 SMMA is above 18 SMMA buy at open of next candle

I am back testing with the indicator I created but the buy/sells dont align and Im unable to set the EA to buy at open of next candle.

Don't look for the next candle. While you are in the current candle, check MAs in the previous candle. There is parameter "Candle ID" to select on which candle to work.

So candle ID 0 means what? What if I put 1 there?

Ok what is the deal with the if trade and no trade? any where I can read up on this? My EA is not working its missing buy/sells. Also can I submit what I have for review?
