Hight low periodo of time

I want in two costants the high price and the low price of period time ( 00.00 to 10.00), more candles. Is It possibile?

i try look 00.00 to 09.00 the high price and the low price was touch and take inside a variable
es: from 00.00 to 00.09 price was high 200, low 100 and take this price in a variable "high" and variable "low"
so, when price will cross high or low i'll take my trade. but i have difficult to do -
If I understand correctly, you need to find the highest and lowest prices from 00:00 to 09:00. Then if prices breaks through any of those price levels a buy or sell will be open. Is that correct?
