check how close candle 0

The trade Is running today.
How can i input EA this ?
" If candle running ( candle 0) Will close below this level close trade"

Command "candle close 0 < ....." don't do It because the candle close 0 dont't exist now but in future.

once per bar - Candle 1 close <x.xx will check as a new candle opens if the previous candle has closed where you want
