      Hi,

When I'm in a sell trade and up 50 pips, I'd like to move my stop loss to break even point plus offset of 10 pips. When I use break even trades and use 10 pips as BEP offset, I notice in backtesting the stop is moved to 10 pips in loss, not in profit. Is there a way I can have it move the stop loss to lock in the offset of 10 pips profit on sell trades? I tried using a negative value, this still did not work 😞

      Your help appreciated, thanks.

      Julian

I don't know, maybe you have negative value for the input parameter?

        I tried this: https://fxdreema.com/shared/gc1FxAv8e
And here is the result: http://prntscr.com/9y04wq

As you can see, both of my trades were modified (at 25 pips, because its shorter for testing) and their SL set to 10 pips positive, and then they were closed by that SL, so their profit was 10 dollars.
