How Can We Improve The Customer Support System of This Platform?

Greetings fellow entrepreneurs, please, I discovered that the support service of this platform is relatively poor; I've been going through some posts and discovered that many issues are not resolved, even when they are resolved, the resolution is not always on time.
There are lots of technical issues that needs to be given attention, but I discovered that nothings are been done about it that makes me to begin to wonder if the creators of this platform are still with us.
Please, how can we improve on the issue? i don't know if other people have observed this or am the only one with this concern. If the support system of this platform is improved on, the platform will be one of the best.
Please, let something be done to improve the support system, make it reach the appropriate quarter please.

On the main page, you can message support so a lot of answers are not in the forum, quite often questions asked have a simple answer, one that is understood through practice, and answering the same questions time and time again can be tedious.
With questions, ask about a specific problem rather than a complete project, (create a test project with only a few blocks if needed), and add a shared link saying what the problem is. You will often get an answer

@legitimate Trust me, you are not the only one noticing the issue with technical support. The admin is fully aware of it and I personally asked him years ago why it doesn't change. His answer was price. In order to offer a good support service, subscription price should be seriously increased, he said. In other words, fxDreema can be cheap or 'good' (from a client experience point of view). He chose it to be cheap.
Honestly, I don't know if this can be changed. Maybe if many of us (I mean, at least several hundreds of users) request it at once, something could change, but even so I'm not very optimistic.

@jstap alright, I just loved the fxdreema environment, it offer great and unique feature, but the issue of poor technical support is a major concern.

@legitimate Well, I'm not sure we would be able to gather some dozens of users to make a coordinated request to the admin. And even so I'm not sure that would be effective either. I guess the only way would be a may users (a lot of them) unsubscribing at the same time. But then we would not be able to use it meanwhile. So not an easy solution for this, I'm afraid.
