MARTINGALE ON BOTH SIDE

How can I create and EA that will Martingale on both side. For Example if a buy trade is triggered and its in profit of 20pips, another buy trade should open with same lot size trading towards that direction until it hits an overall take profit that was set, for example 100pip TP.

And also if the trade is trading against that triggered entry, after 20pips depending on what was set, a trade should also open. More like a martingale setup.
