Average Spread +x% Filter

Hello community,
I want to build an average spread filter and adjust the average value with a tolerance of x%. I think this is a sensefull way.
For example: the average spread is 2 pips. With a tolerance of (for example) 10% a max. spread of 2.2 pips also will be right.
Unfortunately I failed by trying to multiplicate the average spread with an other constant for the tolerance in percent. It is possible to add a tolerance value of x pips but it doesnt work with a multiplication with another constant.
Is there a solution for this problem?

I'm not a programmer, so I cannot provide any help on that, but you can use a variable with standard fxDreema blocks to get that. However, the final structure will be very heavy in programming terms. I don't know if that would help.
