My FxDreema acc not functioning or/not compiling executable EA on Mt5

I've been a long-time user of FXDreema for over two years and have always had a smooth experience. However, today I've encountered an issue where none of the Expert Advisors (EAs) I've created are placing any trades on MT5. This is highly unusual, and I’m wondering if there might be a system issue or something else affecting EA functionality today.

Could you please look into this or let me know if there are any known issues?

I have no problem on my side. The issue is related to backtest, live, or both of them? Have you checked the journal already? It does not work or not compiling?
