Highest high / Lowest low

Please can someone give me advice on how to create a highest high and lowest low pending order. With each of the highest or lowest candle they must have 5 candles to the left and 5 candles to the right before placing the order on the highest or lowest candle. So candle id 1,2,3,4,5 are candles on right ||| candle 6 is the high or low ||| candle 7,8,9,10,11 are on the left.

Candle 0 is the current candle, so you would want to change that to 1
