SCALE IN POSITION IN LOSS

Good day, please how can I scale in a Position in loss. For example I have a Buy trade, at 0.1 lot size and price goes against it 40pips, I will love to scale in another position 0.1 lot size as so on as the market goes, please this not a martin gale bot.
