Help with getting started as I'm struggling.

Hi,

All I want is a simple strategy where each parabolic sar break is traded on my chosen TF. I also want to chose the lot size and 3 different target prices of 30 pips, 50 pips and 100 pips. After 30 pips the trade to move to BE. Not sure to plan this out but if anyone can point me out in the right direction I would be grateful.
