I purchased the 1-month package about 12 hours ago and completed the payment via the TRC20 network. However, my package has not been activated yet.
I have a screenshot of the payment transaction that I can share if needed.

crypto may take a while, go to main page and ask support and they'll give you an answer, maybe activate it straight away.
