How to Draw High & Low of Asia, London, NY and Previous Day ??

I'm trying to work out how to draw a horizontal line at
Previous Day (high and Low)
Asia (high and Low)
London (high and Low)
New York (high and Low)

The image if show here I have manually drawn onto chart.

If anybody have some example and/or advice that would be so helpful

If you need those lines to identify a breakout, it is recommended using variables instead. If you want to optimize an EA drawing lines, it is simply a nightmare! By using variables you make the code far less cumbersome and infinitely more efficient.
