Problem with Windows Edition

i have a little problem. In the Webversion stands "92 Full", this is OK, i have payed it... but in the Windows Edition, the app write only: "-Basic"-

What can we do?

Maybe you changed the clock or something. Log in again, it should be automatically fixed
