I need to excute the block once per 2 hours with hours filter.

Here is the link : https://fxdreema.com/shared/TLbKhQz7e

But when I tested for live, I had a problem.

      2016.05.18 03:27:30 sell 1.00 audjpy 79.603 79.803 79.503 2016.05.18 03:31:46 79.503 -7.53 0.00 0.00 91.88
      2016.05.18 04:06:27 sell 1.00 audjpy 79.377 79.577 79.277 2016.05.18 04:29:05 79.577 -7.53 0.00 0.00 -183.54

The first trade is at 03:27:30. So it is correct. I already set hours filter 03:15 to 04:59(server time).
Therefore I need to trade only once between 03:15~04:59(server time).

But my second trade is at 04:29:05.

Myabe I can use instead of "once per bar" but I can't choose H2 candle.
What am I supposed to do?

"Once per minutes" does not snap to :00, it starts counting from the moment it passed the first time. I think I'm gonna add such option. Unless I decide to not add it, because what happens when you want to snap to :00 for 9 minutes period. I mean, 60/9 is not a whole number.
But what solution can I suggest now.. I don't know really
