Delete last number and once per weekly

Hi!
i have two problems ,
the first si need to delete the last number in variable for example:

GBPJPY is: 140,635
i need to delete the number "5" = 140,63
how i can make it?

the second is a "Once per weekly" i need to create a variable at the 00:00 of monday and close all trade friday at 23:55,
I have tried to do it with
"weekday filter" (monday) ---> "Once a day" (time 00:00) ---> create variable
"weekday filter" (Friday) ---> "Once a day" (time 23:55) ---> Close trade
but unsuccessfully...
how i can make it?

Put some time period. Something like Hours Filter (with period) -> Once a day. Who knows what can happen around these times. In my country for example, nothing works at 00:00 Monday, it starts a little bit later.
