I can't do a very simple EA

If no trade no pending order I sent two pending order buystop and sellstop 15 pips interval to mid for each order.
If one of them is opened the second is deleted and send two others pendig orders with the same interval to the last open price .
If all profits and loss is positif I close all orders.
