Average spread > fixed level

How would I create a block to check whether the average spread measured over the last 6 minutes exceeds a fixed threshold level?

In MQL4 try "Spread filter" block. There is extra setting for this. But I made this long time ago, the code is complex and I'm not sure if it still works
