Move SL to B/E after X pips profit reached

Hi all, I'm very new to this. I found on another post that in order to move SL to BE after X amount of pips away from open I needed to use the following:

For each trade -> pips away from open price -> once per trade/order -> modify stop.

However I cant get this to work. Just to confirm this is meant to be placed after the sell/buy action correct?

Or does anyone have any other ideas on how to do it? i have been mucking around with it for ages and for what seems like a simple requirement its rather difficult to achieve. The rest of my EA is working well but i just cant get this bit to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
