simple channel not work

i use this EA for get max price between 00:00 to 02:00 and after 02:00 when price come to max-10(pip)=<currenrprice <=max set sell order but it is not working properly!

I think you can better try this: http://prntscr.com/g78bpb - at any time (after 02:00) you can get this value.
