Close Trades not work

Close trade , Close losable trades , Close profitable trades not works !
When i opened trade with EA and try to close with that EA was ok but when i tried to close trades that opened with hand or other EA can not close those !!

Problem solved
for other like me you should change settings in group tab --->
only automated only manual or manual and automated
