New London Breakout

Could someone help me in building an EA for the London Breakup (GBPUSD)

The strategy is very simple.

10 am candle breach (metatrader schedule)

It broke the maximum is a purchase with target of 70 pips and stop of 50 pips, in this case cancels the sale.

It broke down is sale with target of 70 pips and stop of 50 pips, in that cso cancels the purchase.

1 - Only 1 operation per day. (Buy or Sell, which pick first)
2 - Batch must be configurable

Someone can help me, I tried everything and I could not, congratulations on the site, it's wonderful, I do not know about programming but on this site it stimulates us to study.

I tried to develop a similar strategy on GBP but with different hour, but also didnt get any luck.
