Buy or Sell from certain distance from SMA

How can I make it?
the EA buy when the price is 10 pips below Sma 50
and te EA sell when the price is 10 pips above Sma 50

Using the envelopes indicator would be the straigth-forward solution.
Alternatively, use formula MA + 10(pips) and a condition after formula
