how to get value from recent high or low

Good morning everyone

I have two question and it supposed to be easy to answer for expert :

1. If want to enter if close 1 is > close 2,3,4 and 5 ...who I can do it in simple way? instead of making 4 conditions .. I mean C1>C2 & C1>C3 etc ..
   is there any way to write multiple number in Candle ID?? ..example 1&2&3 or 1,2,3 or no

2. If last candle made new high, how can I get value of that high? I mean if its higher than 10 highs before ...then I get value of 10... if its higher than 35 highs before .. value is 35...is there any way ?
