FXDreema for MAC/ISO

So I have created my EA and I'm trying to get it to download to my MT4 on my MAC but its not downloading. Has someone else went through this as well and figured out how to fix it? Also I noticed when I down to export the EA my MAC says its not normally supported, so I may need to find an app that supports it but it downloaded it anyway or at least I think it's downloaded?

Because we communicated in email, I can say for the other people that the problem is from Norton. I had similar report before where some Norton extension for Chrome blocked one of the JavaScript files of the file and I saw the problem, but I could not find the reason. Well, I didn't tried so hard, but these days I will take a second look.
