Open a pending order at the price level of the last fractal up/down

Could someone explain how I can open a pending order at the price level of the last fractal up/down ?

Those values will be a couple of bars back always since the indicator works that way , try to use indicator visible block and check for a range of candles like 10 or so , then it should be able to find them
