      Hi guys.
The problem is that if you have an open position and open another automatically the previous one is closed.
The conditions do not matter because I have tried to connect a block of random inputs directly to the buy and sell blocks and the result is the same.
It only happens in mt5 because I have tried in mt4 and it works correctly.
Please try to solve it as soon as possible.

In MT5 there are 2 possible account modes - netting and hedging. If your account is "netting", then the idea is that if you Buy and then Buy again, the result is 1 position with lot size that is the sum of both Buys. But if you Buy and then Sell, basically that Buy is closed... or part of it.

Do you say that you Buy and then Buy, and the result is that the first position was closed? I tried this now and it works the way it should.

It is exactly as you say. I didn`t know there were two types of account in mt5.
Then each broker uses a type of account or within the same broker can you choose the type of account?

Sorry for my English, for the inconvenience caused and thank you very much for the response.

I don't know to be honest. I'm away from Forex and I don't know what brokers do now 🙂 But that "hedge" mode is relatively new and I can imagine that not so many brokers can use it, because things change slowly with MT5, but I'm not sure. Just ask your broker 🙂
