Paint Arrow at broken Fib Levels?

Hello,

I'm new and learning... I finally have a Fib drawing on the chart at the levels I want, etc. But how can I paint an arrow when a candle closes above or below a specific Fib Level?

Example, Candle closes above 68.1%, I want an arrow to paint that candle...
