one pending order cancels other

i have to design a ea in which it places two pending orders one is buy and one is sale so whoever pending order gets hit first another pending order will be cancled at that instant. sir can anyone please help me

@natin, in buy (or sell) pending orders block =====> create OCO order (one cancel other)

@ambrogio sir you didn't understand , if one pending buy order got hit it will cancel other pending buy order and if there is a pending sell order and a pending buy order ,pending sell order will not get canceled ,
