I'm still very new, and still learning the platform, etc. How hard would it be to convert this strategy (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhEukjCzXwM) into a functional EA?

Would someone be able to put something together to show? I'm a visual learner, so being able to see it would help a lot...
