Multiple conditions on one candle close...

Hi,
I'm looking to create an EA that will open a trade if a candle closes under a number of conditions.

For example if the daily candle closes above its open and the low (wick) of that daily candle is below the low of the previous days candle then i would like the EA to place a buy order.

Can anyway explain to me how I could input these conditions to make it work?
